Requirements

• Gather business requirements
• Conduct needs-assessments and process-mappings
• Develop functional specifications
• Assist with technical specifications
• Provide ongoing advanced application support to business end-users
• Work with internal customers and external business partners
• Maintain existing applications and implement new software solutions
• Consult functional areas of the business
• Maintain working knowledge of the business areas and the associated system applications
• Use advanced techniques, theories, and processes to analyze and understand multiple applications
• Leverage software applications to support business initiatives
• Consult the business operations to identify information delivery and data analytics strategies
• Work on divisional IT projects
• Lead all facets of business requirements analysis
• Conduct systems analysis
• Design business systems
• Coordinate all division application design and development work
• Participate in divisional business application implementations
• Manage ongoing maintenance of business systems
• Identify potential system problems and propose functional solutions
• Perform specialist functions in a multi-application landscape
• Train end-users, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Process Owners on using business applications
• Provide level II applications support
• Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities
