Job Description
Our client is seeking a Systems & Automation Analyst to support the Integrated Absence Solutions Practice amid continued growth and an increasing focus on operational scalability. This role will design and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of workflow automation and business intelligence experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools
  • Solid understanding of modern data structures and storage concepts (Azure tables, SQL, JSON)
  • Experience building or supporting automation workflows, bots, or AI agents
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
