Job Description
The DC System Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate time keeping, reporting, and billing for lululemon and agency workers. This role collaborates with cross-functional partners to maintain accurate and timely timekeeping records using Dayforce and other workforce systems.
Requirements
1-2 years of data entry experience
Experience with timekeeping and Work force management system preferred
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail is a must
Experience with data collection is preferred, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to hold confidential information and demonstrate sound judgement
Ability to communicate effectively with the team and business partners
Ability to meet attendance requirements
Ability to work on-site at the distribution center five days a week
Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
