Job Description
The DC System Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate time keeping, reporting, and billing for lululemon and agency workers. This role collaborates with cross-functional partners to maintain accurate and timely timekeeping records using Dayforce and other workforce systems.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of data entry experience
  • Experience with timekeeping and Work force management system preferred
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Experience with data collection is preferred, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to hold confidential information and demonstrate sound judgement
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and business partners
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements
  • Ability to work on-site at the distribution center five days a week
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime
