Role OverviewJoin Centaris as a Systems Engineer in Petoskey/Traverse City, MI, and spend most of your day onsite at clients' places of business addressing their IT issues. You'll be responsible for analysis, design, and support of physical infrastructure equipment and software related to clients' network and server/storage environments.
What You Will Do
Design system configuration, provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot malfunctions, and make recommendations to clients regarding systems or procedural improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or related degree/equivalent combination of work experience)
- Professional IT certifications
- 7+ years of administrative support experience
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues involving server applications and Microsoft's core business applications
- Knowledge of remote access solutions and experience with MS Azure, EntraID, M365, and O365
- Experience with SharePoint and Teams
- Advanced technical support and ability to troubleshoot at the network level
