Role OverviewThe Systems Engineer I is an entry-level technical professional responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise server, operating system, virtualization, storage, and infrastructure platforms.
What You Will Do
Provides day-to-day operational support for enterprise systems infrastructure, assists with incident resolution, system maintenance, software deployments, patching activities, access management, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise systems, servers, virtualization platforms, cloud environments, or related infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of enterprise systems administration concepts, Windows and Linux operating systems, server hardware and virtualization technologies, storage concepts, backup and recovery operations, cloud computing fundamentals, infrastructure monitoring tools, scripting and automation concepts, information security principles, disaster recovery practices, IT service management processes, change management procedures, and the interaction between systems infrastructure and other technology disciplines
