Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer 1 to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who have a strong technical foundation and a passion for designing, implementing, and maintaining system solutions.

Requirements

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Install and support the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of hardware and software that drive the company’s portfolio of applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system integration.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, diagrams, and technical reports.
  • Participate in incident response and problem resolution efforts under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior team members.
