Job Description
As an early team member, you'll own and evolve core IT systems, infrastructure, and processes in a modern, scalable, AI-first IT function. The role involves building scalable IT systems, driving automation, and optimizing third-party tools and cloud environments.

Requirements

  • Own and build scalable IT systems, infrastructure, and internal platforms
  • Drive automation and self-service to eliminate manual work and improve employee experience
  • Partner across Security, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver secure, efficient solutions
  • Optimize and manage third-party tools and cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
  • Build monitoring, reporting, and AI-driven IT capabilities
  • Identify risks and strengthen security and business continuity
