Role OverviewSentar is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force's Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD)/Sentinel program. The Systems Engineer will analyze user requirements, develop system requirements specifications, and lead design and development activities.
What You Will Do
The Systems Engineer will analyze system requirements, develop technical documentation, and interact with the team regarding systems engineering technical considerations. The role requires responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the systems engineering area of responsibility.

Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance obtained or adjudicated within the past 6 years and SAP/SCI eligibility
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline
- Experience modeling with Cameo Enterprise Architecture
- Experience with SysML, UML, or DoDAF modeling languages
- Familiarity in Agile, C/C++, and real-time processing
- Experience with full software life-cycle: specification, design, implementation, integration, debug and maintenance
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence
- Experience with safety critical and nuclear critical software development
- Familiarity with a structured process driven software development environment
- Experience with Git products
- Experience with applied automated testing techniques
- Experience with test framework/application and system verification
