Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Systems Engineer to design, integrate, tune, and commission advanced ATM systems as part of our Automation and Surveillance team. This hybrid position offers opportunities to travel internationally, acquire a diverse range of practical engineering experience, and interact with customers around the world.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities may include predictive modelling, analysis, and design of sensor networks, system-level integration and test, performance analysis and optimization of installed systems, and troubleshooting and resolving system anomalies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics or computer science from an accredited institution or relevant military education & training
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-orientation with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Technical background to learn the theory of operation, design, and optimization processes for ATM surveillance and automation systems
- Ability to understand customer requirements and develop system-level architectures and integration & test strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) and collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers
- Interest in international travel and ability to work with technical counterparts from different countries and cultures around the world
