Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of paid experience in a similar role
  • Experience in an MSP environment preferred
  • Highly responsive
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to document work and maintain accurate records
  • Resourceful and able to figure things out
  • Demonstrated technical skillset and experience
  • Ability to create documentation when needed
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
