Role OverviewNorthrop Grumman has an opening for a Systems Engineer - Project to join their team of qualified, diverse individuals within their Systems Engineering organization. This role is located in Melbourne, FL. The Systems Engineer will provide engineering leadership, analysis, and execution support for the development of innovative systems.
What You Will Do
The Systems Engineer will complete understanding and wide application of Change Integration and management principles, theories, and concepts in the field. They will display technical and program review board leadership, provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex difficult problems, and work under only general direction.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
- 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer
- Active US Government Secret clearance or higher
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
- Experience in Program/Project Management including Baseline Management, Program Change, Change Integration, Risk and Opportunity Management, or Risk Management Analysis
