Job Description
Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join their team in Sierra Vista, AZ. The successful candidate will provide support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center on Fort Huachuca, ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of critical enterprise systems across Army networks.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Secret Clearance required
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
  • 12+ years of directly related systems engineering experience
  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
  • Expert-level troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-vendor network environments
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
  • Problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems
  • Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision
  • Experience providing quality service and support for mission-critical systems and VIP end users
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
