Role OverviewDesign and build communications of outages, service impacts, and all other Splunk infrastructure-related events within the SLA defined by the Mission Support organization. Proactively monitor the Splunk infrastructure and follow an iterative, continuous improvement model to ensure system health.
What You Will Do
Perform after-action reports and root-cause analysis reviews with the architecture and engineering teams. Perform routine software upgrades and minor releases. Adhere to the change control process and ensure that all work is documented.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 6 years in any job title involving DevOps and CI/CD experience
- 4 years working in Cloud Computing
- 4 years of Linux scripting
- 4 years working in computing, networks, firewall, security, and authentication principles
- 4 years of Agile framework and Scrum methodology for software engineering
- 4 years of developing and administering Splunk infrastructures
