Role OverviewLead and develop a team of experienced consultative engineers in designing, developing, enhancing, and delivering IT solutions to WWT's customer base. Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Consulting Systems Engineers to define strategic technical plans and align/partner with OEMs to solve customer problems.
What You Will Do
Own technical strategy, goals, and plans for team success, collaborate with sales teams, identify trade-offs between short- and long-term gains, help the team solve conflicting priorities, and drive results within the team.

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous leadership/management experience
- 10+ years of experience delivering large scale IT solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Thought leadership, mentorship, and ability to translate complex IT architectures into easily understood solutions
