Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent real-world experience.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems integration, automation, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience delivering real, production-ready automations or applications.
  • Strong business analysis and systems thinking skills.
  • Process mapping and workflow design skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical partners.
  • Rapid prototyping mindset.
  • Growing proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Scripting and formula experience.
