Job Description

The Systems Navigator plays a critical role in supporting individuals detained by law enforcement, connecting clients to housing, healthcare, substance use treatment, and other social services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in case management working with justice-involved individuals and families
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Experience working with families from low SES communities, diverse cultural ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health, substance use, domestic violence, and/or cognitive challenges
