Role OverviewThe Systems & Network Administrator is a hands-on technical role responsible for the day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, remediation, and modernization of DMA’s server, identity, and network infrastructure across a multi-site distribution and manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Administer and maintain the Windows Active Directory environment, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, replication health, Sites and Services, and related services. Troubleshoot and support domain controller lifecycle activities, including clean builds, migrations, promotions, demotions, and FSMO role transfers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems and network administration
- Demonstrated experience working in legacy, complex, or technical-debt environments
- Advanced hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Active Directory replication, FSMO roles, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking fundamentals
- Hands-on experience administering at least one enterprise firewall or network platform
- Working knowledge of IT security practices, patch management, vulnerability management, data protection, and disaster recovery
- Strong understanding of privileged-access management and credential security
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical employees and business leaders
