Role OverviewThe Systems Operations Technical Manager supports the organization's infrastructure, network, and telecommunications environments. This role is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, securing, and improving enterprise systems while providing technical support for daily operations and strategic technology initiatives.
What You Will Do
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop infrastructure solutions, monitor and maintain network and telecommunications environments, troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues, and plan and implement infrastructure upgrades.
