Role OverviewSienna Systems is hiring a Systems & Software Test Engineer to support Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) work on the JITC Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) program, in support of the MAMBA task order at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. This is hands-on work with real ownership on a small team, so the scope is broad.
What You Will Do
You will stand up and maintain the test environments yourself, operate and troubleshoot the systems under test, write the scripts that measure whether they hold up, and produce the evidence and reports that back the accreditation decision. You will also coordinate the setup and maintenance of VV&A systems, install and configure applications, and gather and analyze user feedback.

Requirements
- An interim or active DoD Secret security clearance in place on your first day
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience — or 6 years of equivalent professional experience in place of a degree
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting of applications and systems
- Scripting ability for performance assessment and test tooling
