You will work with a team to ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. The role requires 3+ years of related experience and a TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance.

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. You may coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals. You will apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience

- Installs, modifies, and repairs computer hardware and software both in person and using remote access tools
