Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with SQL Management Studio, Server Hardware, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, TCP/IP, and network configuration
