Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Team Lead with deep T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF) experience to support a large CMS contract. This is a hands-on, customer-facing leadership role for someone who can work directly with complex Medicaid data while also leading analytic activities and communicating results, issues, and recommendations to CMS stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
What You Will Do
Serve as a technical and analytic lead for work involving T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF) and Medicaid administrative data. Provide hands-on expertise analyzing, interpreting, and validating TAF data.

Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience using T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF) for Medicaid analytics, research, reporting, program evaluation, or related work.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility/enrollment, claims and/or encounter data.
- Experience addressing TAF/T-MSIS data-quality and usability issues.
- Experience leading complex data analytics activities or teams.
- Strong client/stakeholder-facing experience; CMS experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively with both highly technical teams and senior/executive stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or similar analytic tools is preferred.
