What You Will Do
Responsibilities include scheduling, delegating, and directing workflow to Pit Staff, issuing playing cards, monitoring table games for compliance, resolving customer disputes, and maintaining knowledge on gaming laws and internal regulations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- 1 - 3 years of casino experience
- Proficient in Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette, 3 Card Poker, and 4 Card Poker
- Current Title 31 Regulation experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Must have current OLCC card
- Able to read and comprehend written instructions
- Administrative/clerical experience
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation’s skills
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent service approach when dealing with guests
- Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License
