Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor (Horseshoe Bossier)

Requirements

• Responsible for the operations of table games on an assigned shift.
• Displays a working knowledge of all Table Games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures.
• Assures that all coin and check racks are filled at all times.
• Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area.
• Assures guest development by interacting with guests and making comp decisions.
• Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities and reports to assigned superior.
• Observes problems or differences between Table Games Team Members and gaming guests and aids if necessary.
• Recommends change in department, including hiring, promotion, demotion, and termination.
• Possesses an upbeat personality for all interactions with guests and fellow Team Members.
• Proactive in anticipating customer needs.
• Familiarizes themselves with all guests' names and personal facts.
• Possesses money-handling skills in providing chips for guests.
• Knowledge of card games, basic knowledge of other games and services offered at property.
• Knowledge of department policies and procedures, including Federal and Regulatory laws and guidelines.
• Routinely strives to build and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Exercises appropriate discretion in identifying communications of special promotions to customers.
• Coordinates with Casino Operations supervisor and Security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities.
