Job Description
Supervises the operation of one or more table games, ensuring guest service, game integrity, and security while perpetuating employee motivation.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures
  • Ability to verify fill slips, credit slips, and markers
  • Dispute resolution skills
  • Knowledge of Title 31/BSA/Underage Gaming regulatory requirements
  • Ability to maintain table game inventories and player win/losses
  • Ability to manage and intervene in problems or differences between employees and guests
  • Counseling and coaching skills
  • Ability to understand and enforce company policies and procedures
