Role OverviewThe Tactical Data Link Analyst will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot tactical datalinks and infrastructure on the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN). The candidate will support the operation and maintenance of Link-16 and associated systems across different classification levels and ensure continuous network connectivity is maintained to customers and sites.
What You Will Do
Provides operational and maintenance support for all computer information services, data processing hardware and software related to Multi-Tactical Data Link (TDL). Accomplishes assigned tasks independently in accordance with overall project objectives and requirements.

Must have Formal classroom education equivalent to Navy “C” School or vocational school in Tactical Data Link (TDL) and/or networking. JT-101 Link 16 Joint Interoperability Course, JT-102 MULTI-TDL Advance Joint Interoperability Course (MAJIC) to be completed within nine months of hire.
Requirements
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field or 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Installation and maintenance of computer systems
- Network interfaces and associated equipment
- Communications equipment and TCP/IP
- Database configuration and management
- Microsoft and UNIX/LINUX networking administration
- Multi-Tactical Data Link’s (TDL)
- DOD network security training
- Technical Report writing experience
