Job Description
Polk Mechanical is seeking a Sheetmetal Take-Off Estimator to support the Pre-Construction and Estimating team by producing accurate, detailed sheetmetal quantity take-offs. This role requires hands-on trade knowledge, strong blueprint reading skills, and close attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Hands-on sheetmetal trade experience
  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Ability to understand specifications and overall project requirements
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and completeness
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet bid deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Estimators and Pre-Construction teams
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
