The Administrative Assistant II for Talent Acquisition will support recruiting and onboarding activities, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate/employee database, and handling new hire and employee paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related degrees
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, new employee onboarding and/or training
  • Strong computer skills, including G-Suite, Google documents, Excel working knowledge
  • ATS and HRM experience
