Job Description
Mod Op is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to own all global talent and development functions. This hands-on HR leader will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, talent pipeline management, employer branding, and development/retention programs. The role requires collaboration with leadership and hiring managers to improve both the candidate and employee experience. Relocation is not included.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years’ progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or talent development
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute high-volume recruiting/branding activities
  • Experience managing employer social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
