Job Description
Mod Op is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to own all global talent and development functions. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, talent pipeline management, employer branding, and program design. This is a fully remote position, with no relocation needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
4-7 years’ progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or talent development
Experience managing employer social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with recruiting/talent management software
