Requirements

  • 4-7 years’ progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting and/or talent development
  • Experience managing employer social media presence, especially on LinkedIn
  • Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with recruiting/talent management software
  • Flexible and resourceful
