Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition and Learning Management Specialist leads recruitment and Learning Management System (LMS) administration across North America, supporting workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, compliance training, and employee development.
What You Will Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment, administer the LMS, maintain training records, coordinate new hire orientation, and partner with department leaders to identify training needs.
