Requirements

  • 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines and non-technical disciplines
  • Previous experience sourcing cleared talent
  • Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms
  • US citizenship required
