Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related/business experience

- Practical knowledge of recruiting processes, risk, and compliance
- Strong business acumen and organizational savvy to anticipate future talent needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
