Role Overview

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition activities and programs to meet the hospital's needs, developing a pipeline of talent for anticipated needs, and mentoring recruiters on the team they lead.

What You Will Do

Lead recruitment efforts, conduct weekly 1:1s and team huddles, report updates and manage team data and metrics, and design and deliver training for HR teammates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Progressive recruitment experience
