Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process, serving as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Requirements
Coordinate and manage interview logistics
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
Support recruiters and hiring managers
Maintain and update key tracking tools and business documents
Update and manage candidate records and job requisitions
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Participate in and document client, stakeholder, and internal recruiting meetings
Schedule internal meetings, interviews, and training sessions
Support monthly expense reporting and other administrative tasks
Perform additional recruitment coordination and administrative duties
