Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process, serving as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.

Requirements

  • Coordinate and manage interview logistics
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update key tracking tools and business documents
  • Update and manage candidate records and job requisitions
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR leadership, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Participate in and document client, stakeholder, and internal recruiting meetings
  • Schedule internal meetings, interviews, and training sessions
  • Support monthly expense reporting and other administrative tasks
  • Perform additional recruitment coordination and administrative duties
