Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is a critical position within the global Talent Acquisition organization, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager of the US Region. The TA Coordinator provides support to the Talent Acquisition team supporting one of Worley’s major projects and helps to ensure a positive experience for all the key stakeholders involved (Candidate/Hiring Manager/wider HR).
What You Will Do
Provides ongoing support to Talent Acquisition team as needed, particularly in posting requisitions, sourcing, assessment and selection, interview logistics, and verification of skills for candidates. Actively source passive candidates for all requisitions and turn cold prospects into active candidates.

Requirements
- Proven Talent Acquisition professional, typically with a couple of years of experience in the recruitment industry, or an in-house talent acquisition function.
- Excellent coordination and administration skills, with experience using all Microsoft packages.
- Experience working on a project, in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to demonstrate understanding of current organization’s core business, organization, strategic direction, challenges, and aspirations, and articulate how Talent Acquisition can input and add value to these within assigned domain.
- Flexible with a drive to achieve desired outcomes in an environment of constant change, competing priorities and objectives.
- Able to model desired behaviors in terms of standards and best practices in a corporate environment.
- Personal powers of resilience and tenacity; takes personal responsibility for resolving performance issues before they impact on the business; consistently sees things through to completion.
