Job Description
Victory Home Remodeling is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our winning team. In this role, you’ll identify top-tier talent, conduct impactful interviews, and create unforgettable candidate experiences that reflect the Victory brand.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent
  • Excellent communicator with an energetic, confident phone presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Lever, is a plus
  • Passionate about people, culture, and personal development
