Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Assist with organizing and participating in career fairs, recruiting events, and outreach efforts.
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and other onboarding activities.
  • Support recruiters in job postings, resume screening, and sourcing candidates.
  • Support HR compliance activities and programs.
  • Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports as needed.
