Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Lead serves as Tryon's primary talent acquisition partner, responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to support the organization's workforce needs and growth priorities.
What You Will Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, lead sourcing strategy, candidate experience, recruiting processes, employment branding, and talent acquisition reporting.

Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers and senior leaders
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed
- Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to evaluate effectiveness and guide decisions
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and candidate-care skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building, organizational, and project-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
- Working knowledge of applicable employment laws and compliant hiring practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
