Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Lead provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the hiring managers and support staff of KWPM. Responsible for interviewing and referring applicants for Property Manager and Corporate Management positions throughout the Company.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a related position
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of computer and associated programs; MS Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver on the company’s mission
  • Familiar working with ATS Systems with working knowledge of UKG a plus
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter Passive Pipelining experience
