We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to partner with our business and leader of the Talent Acquisition team to forecast talent needs and deliver a strategic, scalable recruiting approach aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Demonstrated management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams
  • Workday experience, particularly in recruiting and reporting functionality
  • Experience in recruiting operations roles within the Title industry or a closely related industry
