ALG Vacations is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations through strategic workforce planning, innovative sourcing methodologies, recruitment process optimization, continuous expansion of attraction channels, and cross-functional partnership with business leaders and HR teams to attract, assess and secure top talent that aligns with organizational culture and drives business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and measurable recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
  • Design, implement, and continuously expand innovative sourcing strategies
  • Oversee and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the talent acquisition team
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers as a strategic talent advisor
  • Design, implement and continuously evolve the organization's trainee and early career programs
  • Champion employer branding initiatives, deliver exceptional candidate experience, and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition
