Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Manager, Latin America Caribbean to join our Global HR Services team.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within hospitality.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting senior-level hospitality leadership talent, including Director and/or General Manager positions.
  • Hospitality industry recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting hotel openings or large-scale hiring initiatives.
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting across Latin America and Caribbean markets.
  • Knowledge of regional labor market dynamics and employment practices.
