Requirements
Full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on senior-level hospitality leadership talent
3-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality
Spanish fluency (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
Experience recruiting across Latin America and Caribbean markets
Knowledge of regional labor market dynamics and employment practices
