Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Latin America Caribbean to join its Global HR Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting senior-level hospitality leadership talent, including Director and General Manager positions, and will be able to manage sourcing and end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple countries, cultures, and business priorities.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within hospitality
  • Experience recruiting senior-level hospitality leadership talent, including Director and/or General Manager positions
  • Hospitality industry recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting hotel openings or large-scale hiring initiatives
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred; Portuguese fluency is a plus
  • Experience recruiting across Latin America and Caribbean markets
  • Knowledge of regional labor market dynamics and employment practices
  • Proficiency with Taleo and Microsoft Office
