Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years full-cycle recruiting experience and 5 years of team leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required
  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition function within an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Construction industry preferred
  • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to effectively listen and engage with all levels of the organization
  • Successful track record of mentoring and coaching Talent Acquisition professionals; highly effective team leadership
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to build strong relationships; engages and motivates teams representing diverse backgrounds and viewpoints; exceptionally collaborative
  • Excellent organization skills to drive topics with multiple stakeholders/interests
  • Process improvement, change management and problem solving expertise
  • Able to exercise appropriate discretion when handling confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and County applicant, and pre-employment hiring laws and regulations
