Job Description
Our client, a globally recognized luxury travel brand, is seeking a driven and polished Talent Acquisition Manager to support the launch of its newly relocated operations in West Palm Beach, FL.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Proven ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
Experience with onboarding and HRIS/ATS platforms such as BambooHR or similar systems
Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated
Experience within hospitality, luxury, travel, or service-focused industries is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
