Job Description
Identifies and develops talents of Advanced Practice Providers based upon current and future business objectives and develops training and procedures to ensure the current skills remain within the organization. Interprets internal or external issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience in provider recruitment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
