Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Frederick Health and Human Resources team to recruit diverse clinical and nonclinical talent throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Partner with leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiative
  • Coordinate on-site job fairs and attend college and other offsite recruitment fairs
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
