Role OverviewTalent Acquisition Partner will lead hiring managers through the full lifecycle of recruiting for various positions, source, recruit, evaluate, interview, and select top talent to meet the organization's talent needs. This role is a fixed-term assignment for 12 months.
What You Will Do
Conduct full lifecycle recruiting, execute recruiting strategies, create sourcing strategies, evaluate candidate resumes, track candidate activity, coordinate interview feedback, and advise hiring managers in the final selection process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated full-lifecycle recruitment experience
- Experience in cold calling, candidate development, and directly sourcing candidates
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Global Recruitment experience within health sciences, biotechnology, and/or pharmaceuticals industry
- Knowledge of immigration process
- Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing techniques
- Considerable knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations
- SPHR/PHR certification and/or recruiter certifications such as AIRS, CDR, LinkedIn Recruiter
